Hey guys! I just back from Birmingham a few hours ago and boy am I glad to be home. Dont get me wrong I loved the kids I worked with especially my little Greg and adorable DeCorian. But being around the same people all day everyday for 7 days gets really annoying. And lots of drama and fights happened. Lots of people got on my nerves the entire week.

But like I said I loved the kids I was working with. They were amazing. It was very sad to see the world through their eyes this week. It broke my heart. While we were there they had a break in at one of the centers i was working at. Someone had busted through the concrete and brick wall to steal money out of the coke machines. And the scariest part was the kids were used to it. It was something they were used to seeing and being around and a few of them actually demonstrated how it was done.

I had one little boy named Greg who Tuesday-Thursday was mean and bad. Always in trouble and never listening to a word we had to say. But on Friday when I was teaching the Bible Study I sat in the floor with them and got on their level and he came and sat right by me. We bonded a lot that day and actually we missed music so we could go outside so he could read the Bible to me. Which was amazing. But he told me some personal stories about his family and I had to explain hard core truths with him. The lesson that day was on Salvation and How to get to Heaven. He told me about his uncle who told him he didnt believe there was a God and how his uncle had got run over by a car crossing the street and was killed. Greg witnessed the accident and asked me if his uncle had went to hell. I believe that was the hardest question I have ever had to answer in my life.

You all please be in prayer for all the children in the ghettos of Birmingham Jesus and our prayers are really all they have. Most of them dont even have real families.

Hey guys! I know it's been forever since I have posted on here but I have been so busy this summer I barely have time to breathe. I have been cleaning house most of today along with going to church this morning at the Jewish Temple( always exciting). But I finally decided to take a break from my mess of a room and get on here and leave yall a message. This summer has definatly had its ups and downs but I dont guess u can worry about them things. Almost lost a best friend but luckily everything worked out and we are still friends. I dont know what I would have done with out her. I got to experience what it feels like to be with someone when they get saved and thats def exciting. Two girls that was in my room at camp this week got saved. That was so totally awesome. Also at camp I got the opportunity to bond with some younger girls from church and we became close friends. I love them all dearly and want them to know how much they mean to me and that I will always be here for them.

Its been so long since I have posted I havent even put up anything about Evan Coyle being born. One of my close friends Dee had a baby boy on June 14th at 12:59 pm. I was too excited I got to be at the hospital with all the family as we waited to see him for the first time. He has got to be one of the most adorable babies I have ever seen in my life. Evan def has a special place in my heart. I have to go visit him atleast once a week and then I see him at church once a week. Evan has dark brown almost black hair and he has a lot of it, he came out with a shag lol. He has gorgeous almost navy blue eyes. Hes just gonna be a heart breaker one day I can tell already the girls are gonna be all over him.

Some more good news would be that me and the first guy I ever loved are working on getting back together. Its been 2 years since we dated but we are going to try again. I think it will work a lot better now that we can both drive and stuff so we dont have to depend on our parents to be able to see each other all the time. I am kinda nervous about it because he was my 1st love and so I am already emotionally attached and I dont really like be emotionally attached to guys I date. But I guess you gotta take risks in the world of love. So here I go....
